Everett always does a great job treating our lawn for fire ants. I mow all summer long and never see any mounds since we started treating for them with Mosquito Joe's.

I have been using MJ for about 5 years now. They do a fantastic job and their customer service is top notch!

I had a really bad initial experience with the tech. He barely sprayed my yard. I spoke with Morgan at the office who was amazing and she had Dan the GM call me. After I sent him the footage of the terrible job the tech did he went above and beyond to make it right. He even came out personally to spray my yard the correct way. Cannot thank him enough for showing TRUE customer service.

I started recently with Mosquito Joe and unfortunately my first experience was subpar. I reached out to their office and not only was Morgan in the office amazing but their General Manager Dan personally reached out to me. I explained what had happened and sent him video from my ring camera of the technician not spraying a majority of the yard. He was extremely apologetic and personally came out and retreated my yard the right way at no charge and promised me that technician would never service my house again. He went above and beyond. More businesses need to encompass this type of customer service that used to be the standard back in the day. Cannot recommend Mr. Dan, Ms. Morgan and their team enough. Thank you
